This Returns Policy only applies to online purchases.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged may not be accepted. All tags, product labeling, authenticity cards, spare buttons, dust bags and boxes (in case of shoes) are included and returned together with the merchandise which is in “Sellable condition”. If we receive a return that cannot be accepted, we have to re-send the product to the customer at his/her own cost. The decision as to whether the merchandise is in Sellable Condition remains within WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY's sole decision shall be final.
Sales / Discounted merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
No return or exchange will be accepted for the followings
Accessories (keychain, watches, sunglasses, etc) / Books and prints (stickers, stationary) / Households (Candles, Toys)
The only exceptional case of excluded items is defective merchandise. In this case the merchandise will be returned to the supplier to determine whether the merchandise is defective. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the merchandise is determined to be defective merchandise, the customer will be offered to repair or a full refund at the sole expense of the supplier. WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY will use its best efforts to secure such repairs or refund on behalf of the customer.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the cost for returning items (except defective items). It is recommended to takes necessary precautions by using registered services when returning the package.
Returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods. All refunds will be made in the form of a cash coupon, which is subject to applicable terms and conditions. Initial shipping, taxes and duties will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with the policy under “Return of Defective Merchandise”. Merchandise purchased with a cash coupon will not be refunded or exchanged.
WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
