Refund policy
Prices.
Orders of discounted products and paid with an e-voucher / promotion code cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Order Editing or Cancellation.
Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed or refunded regarded any reason. A 50% fee will be applied for any refund requests.
Exchanges.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day exchange policy for our online store customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us at info@workwarehk.com within 14 days of receiving your package to request an exchange. All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back.
Please note that in order to process an exchange, you will need to place a new order for the desired items. It's important to keep in mind that this policy applies on a product-by-product basis, the value of the second purchase order (exchange order) must be higher than the first order, otherwise, the refund amount will be based on the lower-valued order.
Customer must send the returned package using a tracked and registered shipping service. We are not able to arrange for any other type of pickup. Once we receive your 2nd order and confirm the return parcel, we will offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs and 15% international customs duties and taxes from your original order). Please ensure that all tags, product labels, spare buttons, dust bags, and boxes (if applicable) are included and that the item is in "sellable condition." If we receive a return that cannot be accepted, we will have to resend the product to you at your own cost. The final decision on whether the merchandise is in sellable condition rests with WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY.
All exchange requests must be fulfilled within 5 days upon receipt of email confirmation. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the closure of the return case file and the rejection of the return.
If you are not purchasing from our tax-free countries, please disregard the 15% international customs duties and taxes charge for exchange case.
Returns.
Our goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction with their purchases. We offer refunds in the form of a cash e-voucher, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. Please note that shipping costs and 15% international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. Additionally, merchandise purchased with a cash e-voucher will not be refunded or exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
If you prefer a cash refund, we can issue it with an additional 15% handling fee on the total amount order, plus 15% for international customs duties and taxes. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are not purchasing from our tax-free countries, please disregard the 15% international customs duties and taxes charge for all cash refund or voucher cases.
Defective or Incorrect Items.
If there's something wrong with the item you received, like it's defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. You must send an email to info@workwarehk.com and include your order number and pictures of the issue.
Change Shipping Address.
In order to protect our customers, we cannot change the delivery address once it has been confirmed at checkout. Your package will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.
Lost & Damaged Packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at info@workwarehk.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
Fail Delivery Packages.
Customers will be charged an additional fee for re-delivery if their package is returned due to failed delivery. If we do not receive a response from the customer within 15 days, any returned packages will be given to charity.
Taxes.
Customers are responsible to pay any taxes, duties, or charges their country may have for imported items. This applies only to countries where we do not offer tax-free shipping.
