Orders placed after 9am (GMT 8) Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day, and tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. To pick up the order, customers must bring a valid ID card and the confirmation email issued by WORKWARE HERITAGE CLOTHING COMPANY and sign a confirmation of the pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days, including public holidays, from the date of arrival at our stores. Any uncollected orders will be returned to the warehouse and re-sent by SF express (paid on delivery). Customers must pick up their orders at the original store selected. For returns and exchanges of store pickup orders, please refer to our return and exchange policies. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges in stores.
